Patient Engagement Program
Handling calls for customers and assuring immediate solution
Patient counselling and estimate
Maintaining Patient records in Software as well as Excel Tracker.
Leads follow up & Maintaining record of the same
Oversee Customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
Patient Retention Program
Staff Engagement Program
Coordination of assessment, deployment, replacement
Payment Collection and maintaining dues.

Candidate Should be flexible for Rotational Shift.
